Are you a factory or a trading company?
Both. Junora products are made in our own factory in Wenzhou, manufacturing since 2005, and Yiwu Junfang International Trade Co., Ltd. handles export from our office in Yiwu.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the model and the level of customization. Tell us your quantity and we will find a workable option.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. We make samples with your logo and colors so you can approve the product before mass production.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the model, quantity and customization. We confirm the exact lead time in every quotation.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed in each quotation. T/T and L/C are commonly used.
Which certifications can your products have?
Depending on the product, we can supply models with CE, UKCA, FCC, ETL, RoHS, GS and other certifications. Ask us for the documents for a specific model.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes. We ship worldwide by sea, air or express, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, and prepare the export documents.
Can I put my own brand on the products?
Yes. We offer OEM and private label with your logo, colors, packaging and manuals, and ODM for new designs.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our factory in Wenzhou and our office in Yiwu. We can also arrange a live video tour of the production floor.
Do you accept third-party inspection?
Yes. You can appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV, Intertek or any inspection company you trust.
